PCI Certified Cloud
For customers with enhanced security requirements, RightNow provides a hosting facility that is certified as PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Service Provider Level I, the highest level possible for any Service Providers.
Our data centers in London, Chicago, New Jersey, and California are all Tier IV Carrier Class. These are commercial co-location facilities that meet our strict standards in their operations. All our facilities replicate in real-time to a hosting center in Chicago for disaster recovery purposes.
