Originally from Portland, Oregon, Jason lives with his wife and daughter in Montana’s Gallatin Gateway. 


Experience

Jason leads RightNow’s global marketing efforts and is responsible for directing product marketing and management, as well as field and industry marketing, marketing communications, and corporate communications.

Instrumental in shaping RightNow’s strategy, Jason played a pivotal role in transforming RightNow from a niche eService player into a publicly held company, now recognized as the industry’s leading provider of on demand, consumer-centric customer experience management solutions.

Prior to joining RightNow in 2000, Jason held several positions at Intel Corporation, including product marketing, strategic planning, and management of OEM distribution channels.

Before his work at Intel, Jason served as director of internet marketing and business development at an online retailer, where he was also responsible for customer service and technology selection.

A frequently requested speaker, Jason has presented on the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences at many conferences and events throughout the world. As a key spokesperson for RightNow, he’s also been featured in numerous publications.

Outside The Office

If Jason isn’t inside working, he’s outside taking advantage of Montana’s beautiful seasons with his wife and friends. Whitewater rafting the Gallatin River in the spring. Mountain biking and backpacking in the summer. Fly fishing and archery hunting in the fall. And his personal favorite, skiing Big Sky’s famous “cold smoke’” powder in the winter.
