Jeff is responsible for the company’s finance organization. He joined RightNow in 1999 as controller, and a year later was promoted to vice president of sales operations and served in that role until April 2006, when he was promoted to vice president of finance and operations. In January 2008, Jeff was promoted to CFO of RightNow.

Previously Jeff was the controller for Powerhouse Technologies, a gaming technology company. He also has prior experience with PacifiCorp and KPMG and is a certified public accountant.
